Vinyls), Cosmetics & Bath products, and much more. We’re your one-stop shop for keeping the Christmas spirit alive all year round!
Are your products officially licensed?
Many of our collectible items, such as our Prop Replicas and Funko Pop! Vinyls, are official licensed merchandise. We strive to offer high-quality, authentic products that bring joy to our customers.
Do you sell products for children?
Absolutely! We have a dedicated ‘Kids’ section with festive apparel and accessories perfect for the little elves in your family.
Ordering & Account
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our festive collection, add your favourite items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You don’t need to create an account to order, but creating one allows you to track orders and save details for next time!
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Don’t worry! On the login page, click “Forgot Password.” Enter your email address, and we’ll send you a link to create a new one faster than Santa down a chimney!
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We start processing orders quickly to get them to you ASAP. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] if you need to make a change, and we’ll see what magic we can work. We cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

Delivery & Shipping
Where do you ship from?
All our festive parcels are lovingly packed and shipped from our home in Chichester, United Kingdom.
What are my shipping options and costs?
Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Arrives within 10-15 business days after dispatch. Perfect for last-minute gifts!
Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS. Arrives within 15-25 business days after dispatch. Ideal for planning ahead!
How long does order processing take?
Our workshop elves need 1-2 business days to carefully prepare your order for its journey. During busy holiday periods, this might take a little longer, but we’ll keep you informed.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship globally to spread Christmas cheer far and wide! However, we currently cannot deliver to some parts of Asia and a few remote regions due to logistical constraints. We’re working on expanding our reach every day!
How can I track my order?
Once your order is on its way, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can use this to follow your package’s journey right to your doorstep—it’s almost as exciting as tracking Santa on Christmas Eve!
My order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time. What now?
Delivery times are estimates and can sometimes be affected by factors like customs processing or seasonal delays. First, use your tracking number for the latest update. If you’re concerned, please email us at [email protected] with your order number, and we’ll happily look into it for you.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
We want you to be utterly delighted with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you can return unworn, unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable.
How do I start a return or exchange?
