Our Return Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In its original condition
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange
- We’ll email you a returns authorization form and instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Include the completed returns form in your package
- Ship the package to the address provided in your returns instructions
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error in your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your returned item. We’ll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate this in your return request. We’ll process the exchange once we receive your returned item. If the exchanged item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it’s of lower value, we’ll refund the difference.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label for returns of damaged items.
